At FOQN Funny, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. But don’t worry, we’re not trying to pull a disappearing act on you!
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Think of it like a joke – once it’s been told, you can’t take it back!
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable due to their nature. These include:
- Downloadable digital content (e.g., e-books, audio files)
- Gift cards
- Personalized merchandise
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Perishable goods
Partial Refunds
In some situations, only partial refunds are granted:
- Physical books or DVDs with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email faster than we can deliver a punchline.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. (We promise it’s not lost in the mail like your Great Aunt Edna’s holiday fruitcake.)
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again (It’s like looking for your glasses when they’re on your head).
- Contact your credit card company; refunds can take a few days to process.
- Contact your bank; they might need a moment to let the laugh sink in… er, we mean process the refund.
- If you’ve done all this and still no refund, contact us at [email protected]. We’ll get to the bottom of it faster than a comedian dodging hecklers.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. (They’re already a steal – don’t be greedy!)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and ship your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you faster than you can say “knock-knock.”
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail your product to the address above. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
